Privacy policy

Last updated October 23, 2026.

This policy explains what information PropDealsLive (“we”, “us”) collects when you use propdealslive.com, how it's used, and your choices. Last updated: October 23, 2026.

Summary

  • We don't sell your personal information.
  • Optional cookies (analytics and advertising) are off until you allow them in our cookie banner.
  • If you join the email list, we store your address with Cloudflare and use it only to send PropDealsLive deal alerts (and the rule-change updates that go with them). Unsubscribe any time.
  • Contact: [email protected].

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Email signup: your email address, the date and time you signed up, the page you signed up from, and a record that you agreed to receive alerts. See Email list.
  • Contact messages: your name, email and message if you contact us.

Information collected automatically

  • Server and security logs: our hosting and CDN provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses, browser type and request data to deliver and protect the site.
  • Analytics (only if enabled and, where required, only with your consent): pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, device and browser type. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics (which is designed not to use cookies) or Google Analytics 4.
  • Outbound click events: when you click a link to a prop firm or tool, we may record the link clicked, the page and the time, so we can understand which content is useful and reconcile affiliate reports. We don't attach your name or email to these events.

Email list

  • What we store: your email address, when you signed up, which page you signed up from, and the consent you gave. Nothing else.
  • Where: in a Cloudflare Workers KV database on our Cloudflare account. Cloudflare processes it on our behalf.
  • What it's for: only PropDealsLive deal alerts and the rule-change updates that go with them. We never sell, rent or share the list for anyone else's marketing.
  • Abuse protection: to stop spam signups, we keep a one-way hash of the signing-up IP address for up to one hour. It isn't linked to your email address.
  • Unsubscribe any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email [email protected] with “Unsubscribe” and we'll delete your address from the list.

If we later move the list to a dedicated email-sending service, we'll name it in Service providers before we do.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use:

  • Strictly necessary storage: we save your cookie choice in your browser's local storage (pdl_consent) so we don't ask again. This doesn't identify you.
  • Analytics cookies (optional): if we enable Google Analytics, it may set cookies such as _ga to distinguish visits.
  • Advertising cookies (optional): if we enable Google AdSense in the future, Google and its partners may set cookies (see below).
  • Affiliate tracking (set by third parties): when you click an affiliate link and visit a firm's site, that firm or its affiliate network may set its own cookies to credit the referral. Those cookies are governed by the firm's own privacy policy.

You can change your choice any time with the link in the footer, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We use Google Consent Mode v2: Google tags (if any are enabled) default to denied for ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage, and are only updated after you make a choice.

Google AdSense and third-party advertising

We don't currently show ads. If we do in the future, we may use Google AdSense. In that case:

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies at aboutads.info.
  • Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Some links to prop firms and trading tools are affiliate links. If you click one and buy, the merchant may pay us a commission. The merchant or its affiliate network (not us) receives the data its tracking collects. See our affiliate disclosure.

How we use information

  • To send the deal alerts you signed up for (you can unsubscribe from any email).
  • To respond to messages and corrections.
  • To understand and improve the site, and to keep it secure.
  • To measure affiliate referrals and sponsor performance in aggregate.

Service providers

We use providers to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, security, optional analytics, and storage of the email list in Workers KV) and Google (Gmail for correspondence; optionally Analytics and AdSense). They process data on our behalf under their own terms. If we add a separate email-sending service, we'll name it here.

Retention

We keep email list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and contact messages for as long as needed to handle them. Analytics data is kept per the provider's retention settings (for GA4 we'll use the shortest setting that meets our needs).

Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you're in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Our legal bases are consent (email list, optional cookies), legitimate interests (site security, basic aggregate measurement) and legal obligations. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Your rights (California, CCPA/CPRA)

California residents can request to know, delete or correct personal information we hold, and can opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We don't sell personal information. If we enable personalized advertising, choosing Reject or turning off Advertising in Cookie settings opts you out of that sharing, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children

This site is for adults interested in trading. It isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes and contact

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Questions or requests: [email protected].
