Affiliate disclosure

Last updated October 23, 2026.

PropDealsLive earns money from some of the links on this site. If you click an affiliate link and buy, the firm or tool provider may pay us a commission. You pay the same price (sometimes less, if a discount code applies).

What this means

  • Affiliate links are marked with a short note next to the button (for example “Affiliate link. We may earn a commission.”) and carry rel="sponsored" so search engines know they're paid.
  • Sponsored placement: the “Featured firm” slot at the top of the deals board may be paid for by a firm. It's always labeled Sponsored, sits outside the ranked board, and doesn't change the order of the board or the content of our rule summaries.
  • Newsletter sponsorships: our email may include sponsored sections. They'll be labeled as sponsored.
  • Toolkit: links on the trader toolkit page may be affiliate links. Tools are listed by category and described from their official pages.

What it doesn't mean

  • Commissions don't decide which deals we list or how they're ordered. The board is sorted by the option you choose (highest discount, lowest, or most recently verified).
  • Firms don't review or approve our rule summaries before we publish them.
  • We don't publish invented codes or fake urgency to increase clicks.

Current status

We currently have no active affiliate agreements or sponsors: links to firms point to their official websites, and no deals are listed yet. This page will list our active affiliate relationships once they're approved.
